September's SSHBA Home of the Month recipient is Christie Construction's "Jessica" Model. The exterior of the Jessica is constructed of solid brick, stone, and hardy board. The windows are aluminum clad, two tone, low E argon filled with built in grills and fold down handles. The large custom built back deck is also a patented vinyl maintenance free system with ambiance lighting at every post.
